Can I purchase a shower even if I’m not a professional driver?

Yes! Any Love’s customer is welcome to purchase a shower at our locations, not just professional drivers. If you experience anything different, feel free to email us at comments@loves.com and we’ll take care of it.

Why did my shower credits disappear?

My Love Rewards members can earn a free shower credit after fueling at least 50 gallons. But make sure you remember to use them! They expire after 10 days with Gold status and seven days with Base status. Diamond and Platinum members get free showers every day!

How do I purchase a shower?

Just see the cashier at the diesel desk and let them know you'd like to purchase a shower using a shower credit or other form of payment. If you already have a shower credit the Love’s Connect app makes joining the shower line easier than ever! Just tap on the “shower check-in” button on the home screen, then tap check-in. After that, the app will keep track of where you are in line and let you know the moment your shower is available. Just make sure you claim your shower with the pin provided within 10 minutes and you’re good to go!

When is the best time to purchase a shower so I can avoid a line?

There’s an easy way to see this information thanks to the Love’s Connect app. Just scroll down to “store details” to view live shower information for that location. You’ll be able to see how many showers are currently available and when busy times are most likely to occur for that day.
