Love's Financial Celebrates Five-Year Anniversary

Many successful businesses look back on their years of success and point to one singular moment where it all started.

For Love's Travel Stops, it was the first filling station Tom Love opened in Watonga, Oklahoma. For Love's Financial, it all traces back to their first invoice from a Customer on February 14, 2014. Since then, the Love's Financial Freight Factoring team has more than tripled, but that hasn't changed the way they function as a team.

In honor of their five-year anniversary, the Love's Financial management team took time every day of the week of Valentine's Day to appreciate the team members who make it happen. The celebrations included an ice cream sundae bar, a popcorn party, cupcakes and pizza.

"I want to applaud you all on this phenomenal accomplishment," said Gary Morgan, director of Love's Financial. "You never cease to amaze me. It wouldn't have been possible without you or the Love family giving us an incredible brand, culture and capital to be in the marketplace."

During its five years of business, Love's Financial has continued to grow and support its Customers. One of the proudest achievements of the department is adding a bilingual team to better serve its Spanish-speaking Customers. Not to mention the daily milestones each team member achieves by putting the Customer first.

Senior Group Manager of Operations John Akers shared what he believes has been the company's key to growth.

"We have great employees and great employees take care of the Customer, which always leads to success," Akers said.
