What healthcare benefits does Gemini Motor Transport provide?

As a member of the Love's Family of Companies, Gemini offers its full-time time drivers competitive group healthcare plans and dental benefits.

We offer multiple group health plans for employees, their spouses and their families.

Do Gemini drivers receive paid vacation?

You betcha. Drivers earn one week of paid vacation after 180 days of employment. After a year of working for us, drivers get two weeks paid vacation.

If I get sick, does Gemini have my back?

We sure do. Sick pay begins on the first month following 90 days of employment.

What happens if I get injured?

Gemini offers short-term and long-term disability.

I plan to retire someday. How can Gemini help me?

Gemini drivers are eligible for a 401(k) savings plan the first of the quarter following three months of employment if they are 21 years or older. Gemini matches dollar per dollar up to the first 3% contributed and $0.50 per dollar up to the next 2% contributed. Our 401(k) plan is a Safe Harbor plan, which means your contributions are vesting immediately!
