Free coffee at Love’s is the hometown touch one pro driver values

The old-fashioned family environment at Love’s Travel Stops is the key for professional driver Jeff Followell’s continuous return to our locations across the country.

The 12-year over-the-road veteran met with us at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville, Kentucky, and raved about our My Love Rewards program with extra-high regards for free cups of coffee.

"It means so much," Followell said. "You guys care enough to give us drivers coffee and (other) drinks after a long day on the road."

Followell drives for Columbus Warehouse, which is based in Columbus, Indiana, and he makes frequent stops at our Memphis, Indiana, location.

"The lady at the fuel desk is a sweetheart and is always welcoming," Followell said.

He sees the same great Friendly Faces at all of Love’s locations, too.

"It’s the personal, hometown touch that Love’s offers," Followell said. "Being away from family and friends, I appreciate how personable the employees are."

Followell left us at MATS with a great joke.

"I 'follow well,' but sometimes I like to lead," Followell said.
