Cassill headed to Daytona as he says so long to Sonoma
Landon Cassill, driver of the No. 34 Love's Ford Fusion, made some improvements during the Sonoma Raceway road race this weekend.
The Front Row Motorsports crew quickly repaired a broken radiator after last Friday's practice to allow Cassill to qualify for the big race. He gained a position during the race with a P30 finish.
"We had saved our tires for the end and counted on getting some cautions so we could put new tires on. But we didn't get any late cautions, so things didn't quite play out like we'd hoped. But overall we had an OK day with our Love's Travel Stops Ford, made improvements on it and stayed out of trouble."
Cassill races in the No. 34 Love's Ford next at Daytona International Speedway July 1.
