Central Florida comes out to celebrate new Love's

Warm Florida sunshine was the order of the day as community members and dignitaries celebrated the opening of Love's 627 in Davenport on Tuesday.

The new travel stop along Highway 27 is the fourth location Love's has opened in Florida since 2014. It's got 69 parking spaces for professional drivers, seven showers, a Love's Truck Tire Care facility, RFID cardless fueling and CAT scales. The coffee is hot, and our fruit cups are fresh, too!

As part of every grand opening, Love's makes a donation to a worthy community organization -- and it was quite appropriate on a sunny Florida day that the beneficiary of this donation is called the Sunshine Foundation. If you're not familiar with them, their mission is pretty wonderful and straightforward: "Answer the dreams of chronically ill, seriously ill, physically challenged and abused children ages three to eighteen, whose families cannot fulfill their requests due to financial strain that the child’s illness may cause."
