Donation to The Foundation for OKCPS discussed on Oklahoma City radio

We were delighted for the opportunity to talk to Scott Mitchell and Dr. Stephen Cagle on KOKC 1520 AM's "Mitchell in the Morning" program Thursday. The topic du jour was the great work done by The Foundation for OKCPS and a recent donation from Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores.

Mary Mélon from The Foundation for OKCPS talked about needs within the Oklahoma City Public Schools and opportunities for businesses and individuals to give through sites like DonorsChoose.org and programs such as Partners In Action.

Love's Vice President of Communications Jenny Love Meyer talked about Love's recent $120,000 donation to The Foundation for OKCPS, $70,000 of which will go to the Coat-a-Kid program, which provides new coats to children who need them across Oklahoma City.
