The smell of fresh popcorn, crisp Kentucky air and new tires filled the air, and it prompted us to think, "It’s the most wonderful time of the year!"

No, it wasn't Christmas; it was the Mid-America Trucking Show. Love’s Financial was proud to attend MATS for the third consecutive year. It’s always exciting to be in the truck show atmosphere, interacting with Customers. At the truck show, we met so many great Customers who were looking to get paid faster on their freight bills. This year was even more exciting since the recent expansion of the Love’s Express Fuel Card program for factoring Customers and the attention to Cost Per Mile everywhere at Love’s.

We talked to a lot of people, and hopefully we got to talk to you! But if you weren’t able to attend MATS this year, we’d like to share with you some of the most frequently asked questions we heard in Louisville:

“If I factor with Love's Financial, do I have to factor all of my freight bills?”
No, you do not have to factor all of your freight bills, but the more you factor the better your rate. We understand that there are Customers who might pay cash on delivery (COD) or who take less than 30 days to pay. For those companies that you do not wish to factor, simply handle the billing yourself and send us the rest!

“I’ve heard there are a lot of fees associated with factoring. What fees does Love’s charge?”
Love’s Financial is proud to offer the lowest factoring fees on the road to our Customers. Our fees per invoice are minimal and can be avoided with FREE ACH payment options. We do not charge to process invoices, to check broker credit, nor are there monthly or annual fees. We will never surprise our Customers with hidden fees!

“Does Love’s offer a fuel card?”
YES! Love’s is pleased to offer the Love’s Express Card with $1,500 minimum credit line with Love’s for ALL factoring Customers. Our Love’s Express Card does not have any annual fees, monthly service charges, or transaction fees.

“Does Love’s offer fuel discounts – even for owner-operators?”
Yes, Love’s offers variable fuel discounts for factoring Customers with usage of approved billing card platforms. No matter the size of your company, we can offer you fuel savings on each gallon.
