The power of gratitude: Thank you to all our customers and employees!

Whether you're going over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house or spending Thanksgiving Day working like millions of others, we wanted to take a second and offer our gratitude to you.

Gratitude is a powerful sentiment, and it's known to be quite healthful, too. This recent report from NPR suggests it even thwarts heart disease.

Of course, thanks to Matthew McConaughey, we know that "gratitude reciprocates."

And this year, we're thankful to the millions of customers who have fueled up at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores nationwide. We're thankful for customers who have stopped in for a sandwich or a salad or even one of our Fresh To Go cups. We're thankful for drivers who have started using our innovative TirePass system, which helps drivers stay safer on the roads by helping them maintain proper tire inflation.

We're thankful.

We're thankful for the communities where we live and work, and we're thankful for the thousands of employees who wear the uniform on behalf of Love's each and every day, including on Thanksgiving Day.

So, while there is plenty of science to suggest that gratitude benefits those who exhibit it, the truth of the matter is that in fact we are immensely grateful for all of you. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We hope it is filled with family, friends, good cheer and plenty of gratitude.
